Pearce Signs photoshoot – Nottingham Commercial Photography

This shoot with Pearce Signs in Nottingham was all about capturing the reality of their day-to-day work. Rather than staging anything, I spent time moving through the factory, documenting the process as it naturally unfolded — from fabrication through to the finishing touches on the production line.

Working this way allows the images to feel honest and grounded. The focus isn’t on perfect poses, but on real moments — hands at work, concentration, collaboration, and the small details that often go unnoticed. It’s those elements that tell a more authentic story about a business and the people behind it.

For commercial photography like this, the aim is to create a set of images that reflect the true environment and culture of a company. In Pierce Signs’ case, that meant showcasing both the craftsmanship and the rhythm of the factory floor, giving them a library of visuals that feel genuine and relatable.
